1. Introduction

Welcome to All Essential Jobs (AEJ). By purchasing or using our job posting services, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of AEJ’s job advertisement distribution platform and related services. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not post or purchase job advertisements through AEJ.

2. Who We Are

All Essential Jobs is a job advertising and distribution platform. We operate as a media distribution service, not as a recruiter, staffing agency, or direct placement firm. Our mission is to promote job opportunities by distributing client-submitted job advertisements across select partner networks and platforms.

3. What We Do

When you submit and pay for a job posting, AEJ agrees to:

• Publish your job advertisement on the AllEssentialJobs.com platform for the agreed duration (typically 30 days unless otherwise specified).

• Syndicate your ad to our internal and external partner networks, which may include job aggregators, paid media channels, and newsletter placements.

• Track basic performance metrics

4. What We Do NOT Do

AEJ does not:

• Guarantee any specific number of applications, hires, or candidate quality.

• Vet, screen, or interview applicants on your behalf.

• Act as an employer, recruiter, or staffing agency.

• Intervene in your hiring decisions or processes.

• Make representations or warranties about the behavior, reliability, or qualifications of applicants.

• Provide refunds based on unsatisfactory ad performance unless failure to deliver was due to our error.

5. Your Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Submit accurate, non-deceptive, and legally compliant job descriptions.

• Ensure your job complies with all applicable employment laws, including but not limited to anti-discrimination, labor classification, and wage transparency laws.

• Respond promptly to any applicant communications directed to you via AEJ systems.

• Monitor the performance of your ad and notify AEJ of any technical issues within 3 business days.

6. Performance Disclaimer

AEJ offers no warranties or guarantees regarding:

• The number or quality of applicants.

• The outcome of your hiring process.

• The relevance of traffic or engagement with your job post.

• The reliability or performance of external platforms to which your ad is syndicated.

Purchasing a job post guarantees only the publication and distribution of your advertisement for the stated term. All performance beyond that is variable and not under AEJ’s control.

7. Content and Moderation Rights

AEJ reserves the right to:

• Decline, remove, or suspend any job post that violates our policies or contains offensive, misleading, or illegal content.

• Modify or reformat job content for technical or editorial purposes (without altering the meaning of your post).

• Temporarily suspend access during maintenance, technical failures, or partner-side disruptions.

8. Payment and Refund Policy

• All job ad purchases are non-refundable once the job has been published or distributed.

• In the rare event of a system error that prevents ad publication, AEJ will either (a) extend your posting or (b) issue a full or partial credit at our discretion.

• AEJ does not offer refunds for underperformance unless contractual performance guarantees are included in writing.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All Essential Jobs, its partners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

• The content of your job posting.

• Your hiring practices or decisions.

• Any disputes with applicants or third parties arising from the use of our platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

AEJ’s maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid for the job ad in question. In no event will AEJ be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost hiring opportunities or reputational harm.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. Continued use of AEJ services after such changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
